Q-Are trainers allowed to come to our premises and deliver training?

A-Yes. We will ask questions about your premises and amenities, and you must provide us with a copy of your COVID-19 risk assessment. Once you have satisfied the criteria we can deliver any of our courses at your premises.

Q-What are you doing to minimise the risk of COVID-19 cross infection in your training centres?
A-We have implemented a range of safety precautions:

  • Social distancing measures and one-way systems.

  • Reduced class sizes with 1 metre distancing.

  • Trainers will be wearing face coverings throughout training.

  • Further ventilation will be evident in all training centres.

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitiser is located in every training room.

  • One training manikin provided per candidate.  

  • All training equipment disinfected every day.

  • If necessary, we are happy to provide you with a copy of our completed Covid-19 risk assessments


Q-Do learners have to wear a face covering or face mask?

A-Learners will be provided with fluid resistant surgical masks that meet the standards required for PPE. Everyone attending the course, including the trainer, must wear the mask provided at all times whilst on-site and throughout the course unless exempt*). Masks can be removed when eating and drinking whilst seated 1m apart
